• Twin rooms with separate beds often have a double and a single bed, so the accommodation owner considers this a triple room. Hence the price is on request.

• In 2023 Greece suffered from various natural disasters, like heatwaves, wildfires and floodings, which also effected the tourists. To alleviate the disaster and to take preventive measures, a climate crisis resilience fee is issued.
  This fee has to be paid at check-in at your accommodation. Tourorganisations are not allowed by law to pay it.
  The rates per room per night were in 2026: €2 for 1*- and 2*-hotels, €5 for 3*-hotels, €10 for 4*-hotels and €15 for 5*-hotels. No price change has been announced for 2026, but this can happen any time.

• Original map of the region, Anadigit 1:25 000; handed over at the start of the tour at the information point or at the first accommodation.
• Dazer (small device that chases away dogs by ultrasound), rent for one week. MIND! The dazer has to be returned to the last accommodation, otherwise we’ll have to charge you with around €110.
• Contribution to the Menalon Trail maintenance.
• A T-shirt from the Menalon Trail.

Not included

• Flight, insurances and transportation to Stemnitsa and from Lagkadia.
• Climate crisis resilience fee (see above).
